Website Design Rates:

I have two sets of rates for website design: personal rates and commercial rates. If the site you wish me to design is for a business or for a workplace of any sort, this is a commercial site. If it is a website to promote yourself or your writing or a place for your head then this is a personal site, in my opinion. If you wish to contest these before hiring me, feel free to email me.

 

For personal websites or domains whether graphics-intensive or not, my rates are €15/hr with a four-hour (€60) minimum.

 

For commercial or organisational websites and domains, my rate is €25/hr with a 2-hour (€50) minimum. In the case of a commercial website, the domain must already be owned by the company - I will not set up a domain for a company, although I will be willing to upload the domain once it is completed, at a substantially discounted (see: personal) rate.

 

With both sets of rates, my time may be purchased in pre-paid blocks, or paid in total at the end of the design work, although in the event that you wish to pay at the end of the work in both cases, the minimum rate must be paid up-front as a non-refundable retainer.

 

I am also available for continued updates, maintenance and renovations.

Graphic Design Rates:

Logo Design: Logo design is a straightforward payment; if your logo is full-colour, thenthe rate is €150. If your logo is monochromatic, black-and-white or grayscale, the rate is €100, no matter the size of the logo.

 

Anything else is done on a case-by-case basis. The minimum rate will be €15/hr with a 4-hour minimum (for a design for a flier, for example), and the maximum will be €40/hr with no minimum (for a multi-page, full-colour layout, for example).
